DESCRIPTION

 

 

Polyflakes are made from precision cut regular shapes of Brilliant Polyester Foil. These colours are both fade and solvent resistant to provide maximum lasting brilliance.

The lower specific gravity of Polyflakes allows them to stay in suspension longer than conventional Aluminium Flakes. This will invariably lead to increased yield per kilo when compared to Aluminium Foil Flakes

   Polyflakes will also withstand temperatures of 117°C (350F) and have    very high degree of resistance to high and low temperature weather    exposure.

APPLICATION

 

 

    Polyflakes may be used in polyester gel Coats, acrylic Lacquers, Vinyl    Plastisols, Urethanes, Epoxy, Rotogravure, Thermoset and Screen    Printing Inks, Rotational Cast and Extruded Moulding Resins plus many    hundreds of other applications.

Poliflakes are available in .001’’ gauge in 0,04 – 0,08 – 0,15 – 0,25 – 0,40 – 0,60 Hex
