PRECAUTIONS

Homogenize carefully

Water or alcohol may affect the drying of the varnish

Use only a thinner for polyurethane

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Application & Dilution

Use Brush, roller, airless or electrostatic spray gun 

 Mix gently the components in one tin (proportion ¼ in volume         

 Base = 4               Hardener = 1    

   Or in same proportion as the required quantity

Surface Preparation

On wood   

• Sand and remove dust from the substrade.
• Apply 1 coat EASY COLOR Polyurethane surfacer.
• After drying, sand thoroughly.
• Apply 1 or 2 coats EASY COLOR Polyurethane lacquer gloss, satin or mat.

On Metal

• Degrease and clean surface.
• Apply 1 coat EASY COLOR Polyurethane surfacer.
• Apply 1 or 2 coats EASY COLOR Polyurethane lacquer gloss, satin or mat.

Cleaning of Material

Clean material immediately after use with thinner 84/807

Thickness Dry Film

+/- 10M²/L for 60µ

Drying

Dust free: 20 min.

Touch free: 2 hours

Optimal hardening after 1 week

Pot life: 3 hours at 20°C

Recoatable

After 24 hours (at 20°C and 50% relative humidity)

Shades

Lacquer exists in clear, white, RAL colour and others on request

Aspect

Gloss, satin or mat

Viscosity

Lacquer: 30 seconds ford cup 4 to 20°C
